Des choses sont à rénover notamment la terrasse bois où jouaient les enfants car elle est plutôt dangereuse par les clous qui dépassent et des lattes qui ne tiennent plus.L'équipement pour faire la cuisine est vraiment succinct et pas toujours très propre. Et il y a par contre des éléments inutiles : couvercles multiples en verre. Route devant la maison très passagère, il est difficile de sortir la voiture avec des voitures en face.
