New to Vrbo but an experienced host through other platforms. Come relax with the whole family at this peaceful spacious home. Located in a central quiet neighborhood in Longmont. Close to various restaurants, stores, and only two blocks from Main St. Conveniently located close to Denver, Boulder, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The house is a brick style single level ranch house. You will have your own private entrance through the front door. The bathroom, kitchen, living room and the three bedrooms will be for your full private use. Two bedrooms will have a queen sized bed with plenty of closet space. The third bedroom will have a double/ full sized bed with plenty of closet space also. The living room has a home theater set up for you to enjoy after a long day exploring Colorado’s outdoors. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart TVs for you to use any of your streaming services. The kitchen is equipped to handle all of your cooking needs.


*The home is a duplex. There is a single female long term tenant on the other side but she has her own private entrance and driveway through the back. There is no shared space of any kind between your group and the tenant.

Longmont house

Property was just as described. Nice and roomy. Our first stay in a VRBO. Cupboards and drawers were labeled, easy to find what you need. Plenty of towels. Communication with host was excellent, quick replies. Lots of good places to eat in town, especially downtown.

Great communication with owner and very helpful. Home was very nice and clean and my familynand myself really enjoyed it. Kitchen has all needed items and is very nice. Bed rooms get a tad warm abut is fans
