It ok, however: The air con did not work and felt hot they said it would be fixed but was not had to sleep With an open window on the grownd for the second night! There was no hand dope by the sink. When I asked to please book me a taxi as my phone would not work it was only after begging as I had a train to catch a taxi was called! Therefore two bad nights and a stressful Morning

Hotellet Àr 2-delat, pÄ varsin sida om vÀgen. Ena delen Àr relativt nybyggt & frÀscht. Har egen parkering med bom med kod (som fÄs vid incheckning). Andra delen (original?) Àr slitet. Dusch i badkar utan draperi. DÄligt isolerat med trafikerad gata utanför. Men, ligger vÀldigt centralt och Àr nÀra till det mesta.

Chambre infĂ©rieure au prix d’une supĂ©rieure

J’ai rĂ©servĂ© et payĂ© pour une chambre supĂ©rieure, mais on m’a attribuĂ© une chambre classique sans m’en informer. C’est moi qui m’en suis rendu compte et, lorsque je l’ai signalĂ©, la personne Ă  la rĂ©ception est restĂ©e silencieuse, sans aucune explication ni solution. L’hĂŽtel Ă©tant complet, je n’ai pas pu changer de chambre, ni obtenir de remboursement ou mĂȘme un geste commercial. La chambre donnĂ©e Ă©tait au premier Ă©tage, avec les livraisons de camions dĂšs 6h du matin : impossible de dormir. Niveau propretĂ©, j’ai trouvĂ© des cheveux Ă  mon arrivĂ©e et une seule serviette Ă©tait prĂ©vue pour tout le sĂ©jour. Enfin, les photos de l’hĂŽtel montrent des chambres modernes dans un bĂątiment rĂ©cent, mais en rĂ©alitĂ© on se retrouve dans un bĂątiment et une chambre vieillissante. Je dĂ©conseille cet hĂŽtel : manque de transparence, de professionnalisme et de confort.

bien, mais Clim bloquer a 22° , c'est trop chaud

En trĂšs bon Hotel, tout est propre, le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait sympa, le lit Ă©tait confortable, mais par contre un gros bĂ©mol, c'est la clim, il faisait trĂšs chaud et malgrĂ© que nous sommes quand mĂȘme mmi Mai, la clim ne pouvait pas descendre en dessous de 22° car elle Ă©tait en mode hiver. Je trouve ça un peu nĂ©gligĂ© et un peu Ă©conome pour les clients, surtout quand on rĂ©serve une chambre avec la clim. Sinon bon Hotel merci de revoir ce point . (j'avais demandĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception, s'il pouvait changer, ils m'ont dit que non, que c'Ă©tait bien bloquĂ© en mode hiver)
