Beautiful holiday home with hot tub, just a walk away from Talland beach...
This contemporary four level three bedroom three bathroom detached property, set halfway down the hillside section, is the perfect accommodation for your holiday. The property has recently been updated and provides modern luxury decor with very comfortable, light and airy accommodation.
The living room with its vaulted ceiling, huge panoramic windows and full width glass balconies offers far reaching views over the private estate to the countryside and coast beyond. A large comfy corner sofa and snuggle chair provide plenty of seating for all, complemented by a wood burner & large screen TV and entertainment system. The large 6 seat dining table is perfect for family gatherings. Double French doors give access to a real suntrap of a balcony with privacy. The private decking and hot tub is the ideal place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring.
Directly opposite the front door is a utility/shower room with separate washer and dryer, along with a sink and plenty of hanging space for wet clothes. It also contains a shower and toilet so perfect to rinse off the sand after a trip to the beach or the mud from a winter walk!!
Please note there is an additional charge of £200.00 per week for the hot tub. Pets are allowed, £25.00 each per week (max 2)

really like a home away
This was a beautiful house, with lots of light/ big windows, well laid out and decorated + good wifi, a must with our teenage son. Kitchen contained all we needed. Travelling with a dog, it is difficult to get a place of high quality and cleanliness, but this place had it all. It was beautiful, comforting and nice as being at home. You could feel that the owners cared for the place.
For the first time in many years we were not longing to get back to our own house, but could happily have stayed a few days more. It will definitely be added to the few places we would like to return to.
