The villas provide a very spacious feeling thanks to the high ceilings and large glass windows. They guarantee a view of the water and lots of natural light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, such as a corner sofa, a dining area for four persons and a flat screen TV. A perfect place when you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show off your culinary skills, including a refrigerator-freezer combination, a hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

All of our villas have two bedrooms, both with two single box-spring beds, a private bathroom, and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. When you arrive, we will have made the beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower. 

Our villas are no-smoking and have WiFi. You can park a single car at the accommodation without any issues.

Wow!

Best last minute choice we made! Flew in for a convention at RAI and wanted to stay away from the city. It was a perfect 25 minute drive with beautiful scenery as well as so peaceful. The vacation rental was amazing! We have been using VRBO for years and this rental was in the Top 5! It was brand new, on a canal, overlooking the water. Everything you need is close by. Groceries, restaurants, etc. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Saubere und schöne Unterkunft

Ruhige Umgebung. Ab 23 Uhr keine Zufahrt mehr zu den Unterkünften somit kein unnötiger lärm. Negativ: keine Haken für Handtücher, weder im wc noch in den duschen. Die Betten sind leider zu weich.Vorsicht bei den heißen Monaten! Nicht alle Villen sind mit Klima ausgestattet. Zufahrtsschranke per Kennzeichenerkennung.

Tolle Lage

Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Wasser. Ausstattung war gut, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein Stern Abzug wegen der wirklich schlechten Matratzen. Gefühlt waren es nur Schaumstoffunterlagen, die sowas von weich sind. Alle Reisenden haben das bemängelt. Einen weiteren Stern Abzug gibt es für die nicht eindeutige Beschreibung, dass es zwar 2 Badezimmer sind, aber nur eine Toilette. Wir sind von der Beschreibung davon ausgegangen, das es sich bei 2 Badezimmern auch um 2 Toiletten handelt. Das war ein ausschlaggebender Faktor, warum wir mit 2 Paaren diese Unterkunft gebucht haben. Kommunikation und Check In/Check out waren problemlos.

Tolle Ferienanlage mit direktem Wasserzugang

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, alles sehr schön bis auf die die Betten, die leider alle geteilt sind und nicht fest verbunden sind. Die Matrazen sind leider auch unterschiedlich hart und waren für uns viel zu weich.
