Accommodation In Lorca

Within a 10-kilometre radius of the middle of Lorca, you can choose from a number of hotel options.

The Jardines de Amaltea is the handiest hotel to downtown Lorca and is just a quick drive away.

The Hotel Los Sibileys is located 20 kilometres from the centre of Lorca. Or, alternatively, the Hotel Riscal is positioned 14 kilometres away. The Rusticae Hospedería Bajo el Cejo and also the Monasterio de Santa Eulalia are two other recommended places to book accommodation around Lorca.

It is well known that we Kiwis are pretty laid back, so consider staying a little longer and check out the Calarreona Beach and La Higuerica Beach, in Aguilas, 30 kilometres to the southeast of Lorca. Excellent buffet breakfast and large room with balcony overlooking pool and sea. Massive discount for week prior to Easter. However, bar and restaurant were closed and no entertainment provided. 15 minute walk to town centre for facilities. Bidet in bathroom would have been handy, when only feet needed washing. No toilet brush or plastic stool to sit on to dry yourself after a shower. Got stressed out trying to get safe in bedroom to lock. Followed instructions keying in 4 numbers and # key. Asked for help at reception. Told to buy key to go inside the safe at €4 a night to lock. Have paid in other hotels for key operated safes, but never for digital ones in over fifty years of travelling the Med!
