This charming and colorful 2 bedroom & 2 bath home in the Founder's neighborhood of Loreto Bay is full of Mexican art and other authentic touches. A soothing fountain will greet you in the entry courtyard that opens into the well-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with comfy furniture and a Smart TV. The first bedroom and bath are also easily accessible on the main floor. The spacious patio in the back is a lovely place to enjoy the garden and your morning coffee, also we have a single air mattress for the guest use. The Second floor features the second master suite and a large deck complete with lounge chairs, a grill, and seating area. It's perfect for relaxing with a good book or barbecuing with friends.
From there, follow the spiral staircase up to the viewing tower for a glass of wine as you watch the sunset over the Sierra la Giganta mountains.
Casa Juanchi is just a couple minutes' walk to the beach, community pools, restaurants, golf course and other amenities. At the beach, rent a kayak or paddle board, or go for a snorkel. We had a wonderful time. Always want to stay longer. The house was well equipt for us especially in the kitchen which I appreciate since I like to cook. I loved the decore and art work in the home. It gave the place a cozy feeling and that is why I picked it.The dishwasher didn't work but that was ok to hand wash in this relaxing environment. Thank you.
