It’s a lovely hotel and we have stayed here many times. We were very disappointed with the food at the restaurant. Fajitas were almost cold, french fries luke warm, shrimp were tough and not fresh. We will stay here again but sadly may have to find somewhere else to eat.

My room was spacious and very clean. The AC was excellent, because the weather was warm/hot my whole stay. My view of the ocean from my sliding glass door was fantastic! Hotel grounds were clean and kept. there were constantly sweeping up small debri around the areas. The beach directly in front of the hotel was also trash-free. You could walk along the beach and not see any accumilated refuse. It looked nice

I booked my room at a discount rate but I would not pay the full tariffs for this hotel which are far too high for the actual quality - $250 a night and more! The hotel has a very nice location, is quiet and safe, however the general infrastructure is very old. For the standard of the rooms you would probably pay the equivalent of $100 US in, say, San Diego. So you are paying more for the location on the beach than the actual room. The breakfast is included in the price so that is a plus, however, I think they could improve the buffet. There was very little fresh fruit available, or healthier options like muesli or whole wheat bread. The staff were friendly but I wish they would not presume that you don't understand Spanish just because you look like a gringo! Some nice trees and landscaping but maybe plant for more shade in the parking area at the back of the hotel and to hide the service areas. The pool was nice however they should make sure the surrounds are properly cleaned before 9 am - there was a lot of micro trash I noticed, left around the area where a group had been served a meal the day before. So, nice hotel, but you might feel disappointed if you paid full price.

Room is clean, but lots of sugar ants dogs on the property we’re swimming in the pool I wouldn’t go in it. Stop at the restaurant. We’re really nice. Asked if I could check out at 6 o’clock and get my deposit back and I got there and they don’t open till 7 AM so was not happy that was not on the road at 6 AM. Walls in the room are very thin. We had a very bad snoring man next-door so hardly got any sleep woke up to a vanity covered in ants. Had to make sure our suitcases were completely sealed tight.

Love the tranquility of having the Sea on the doorstep! We enjoy the quietness, the simplicity of life and of course the dogs! A newly redone swimming pool is a wonderful way to cool off. Having the free breakfast buffet to start the day is an added benefit. The complete remodel of units make for a simple but easy stay. The beds are comfortable, the shower great as are the lighting and the night reading lights. My only suggestion is to add a mirror (a long one) in main living area. We enjoy walking into town but our main focus is to completely unwind. The Oasis Hotel live up to its name. Thank you to all the staff that made it possible.

Comfortable beach front hotel

Hotel oasis is a gem! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Melissa areanged a boat tour for us and had great suggestions for things to do. We had an ocean view room that was simple but exactly what you needed. The rooms were cleaned everyday as well as surrounding area. Beds were a bit on the firm side and the curtains could have been thick to block out more of the morning sun and provide privacy. The included breakfast had what you needed to start the day and if you like chilequilles they are making them fresh. Had dinner there one night. Price was decent but the food was overcooked (shrimp). Bar gives 25% happy hour discount. There is a pool with a palapa and fans to circulate air. Would definitely stay again.

FIRST THEY CHANGE MY ROOM THEN WE GOT A ROOM W/ BROKEN TOILET SEAT AND BROKEN SINK LEAKING WATER TO TOP IT OFF THEY HAD CONSTRUTION BESIDE OUR ROOM. THE STAFF WAS GREAT AND LOCATION OF THE HOTEL TOO.
