The TV is all in Spanish and while we agree that this is Mexico, a high percentage of guests are English speaking travelers. The two double beds in room125 are very very very poor. Wayyy too soft. No support what so ever. We love it here, but this time around things were less tan great. The free breakfast would be better presented as a$5 discount on food as the “free” meal is worse than the paid breakfast of the same type.

The place is full of amazing employees. The wi-fi is not the best but it’s ok we want to explore the town. Washer and dryer are next door approx $9 to wash two loads. Restaurant has great food. Would definitely come back.

Staff at the check in was nice. Restroom fan is too loud and no option to turn off. If you turn off the lights turn off. Bed was ehhh. Staff was nice at the restaurant for complementary breakfast but food took almost an hour to come out. You have 3 option choosing one. Clients coming in not from hotel would get served first even after ordering after. If the hotel has an agreement with the restaurant the. We too are customers and we still left tip and the waitresses did do well.

Mario at the reception went above and beyond. The pool staff was excellent, they made sure the jacuzzi was warm and bubbly! We will stay here again:))

This hotel is very antique. I appreciate that the AC works well. The costumer service was not the best. The restaurant takes extremely long to come out with food. One night that I dined in, I waited an hour for a salad while a table of 8 people who arrived after us received all of their meals before us. This place claims to be dog friendly but they do not allow service dogs to leave the room which is absolutely ridiculous. This place clearly doesn’t have a clear understanding of what a service dog is and what pet friendly means.
