This modern 2 bedroom apartment within a secure, gated complex boasts a large living/dining area complete with english satellite TV, 100mb fibre optic WIFI and a selection of books. This leads out onto a south facing balcony perfect for 'al fresco' dining. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine and leads out to a staircase up to the spacious roof terrace with sun loungers and lovely views of the surrounding area. The master bedroom features a double bed, fitted wardrobes, fan and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double and a single bed and fitted wardrobes. The property has a communal pool and a shallow child's pool. The apartment is close to an array of bars and restaurants, approximately 15 minutes to The Square and 10 minutes to the Old Town. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk and there is a lovely 7km paved promenade to either walk or cycle along. There are also numerous golf courses within a 15 minute drive.
Please note there is a charge for cleaning and linen payable on arrival of 50 euros.

Good value for money comfortable accommodation with great amenities

Very good value for money, great beds, roof terrace and communal pool. Good communication with host, were met at apartment after late flight and were even given a lift to local bar for much needed beer/G&T. Bottle of chilled wine in fridge together with Tea & Coffee and all kitchen utensils you could need. Table, chairs & sunbeds all provided for balcony and roof terrace. Good WiFi and even English TV (we didn't use). Furniture a little dated but we spent most of our time on roof terrace as too nice to be inside. Approx 20 mins walk into town but the payoff is being in a quieter area at a cheaper rate, taxi only 5 Euros. Overall we had a very nice holiday and would highly recommend .

Lovely apartment. Rooftop great with sun all day. All mod cons thought about.

On arrival had basics in fridge and wine and beer ( nice touch as late flight). Apartment was located in middle - best of both worlds. 10 mins walk to beach and old town . 15 mins walk to square and new part. We had a great time and will return !

Buena situación. No está lejos del centro.

Apartamento con vecinos tranquilos que comparten parquing y piscina sin ningún problwma. Sólo hay aire acondicionado en una habitación y un ventilador grande para el resto de la casa. En el porche de la entrada hace calor porque está el aparato del aire acondiciomado.

Helt klart en prisvärd lägenhet, 10-15 minuters promenad till stranden är perfekt. Fin service från värden. Kallt vatten och mjölk i kylen :)
