Your perfect getaway home with a saltwater pool and resort style spa. This beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home is designed for relaxation and fun as well as a cozy place to stay. Enjoy the resort-inspired backyard with a gorgeous pool & spa, 2 fire pits and night-lit landscaping that transforms the space after dark. The backyard is surrounded by tall vinyl fencing for privacy. The backyard is complete with a "she-shed" that transforms into a 3rd bedroom.

Located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood near downtown, Glendora!

Approximate travel times:
-Azusa Pacific University: 5 minutes
-Cal Poly Pomona: 15-20 minutes
-Glendora Marketplace: 5 minutes
-Southern CA theme parks: 45 minutes


There is a keyless entry system to the home. The code will be provided to you prior to your stay.

You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage.

The Space:

- Check-in: Keyless entry code

- 1st Bedroom has a private bathroom: Queen sized bed

-2nd Bedroom: Queen sized bed

- Living room has a pull out sofa bed that can accommodate 1-2 guests.

- There is a 3rd bedroom in the backyard, completely separate from the main home. This bedroom has a queen sized bed and a pull out couch.

-The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, hot water kettle, air fryer, toaster, blender and microwave. The home is equipped with plates, bowls, cups, mugs, utensils, cutting board, knives, can opener, etc. The kitchen is also equipped with items for children.

- There is a playpen and high chair.

- Laundry: there is a washer and dryer available. There is no detergent available.

The Backyard is fully equipped with a saltwater pool, hot tub/spa, Fire Pit, BBQ grill and outdoor furniture.

*Please DO NOT touch or change settings on the pentair pool system.

*The pool and spa lights are automatically programmed to be on from 5:00 pm to 11:59 pm.

*The Hot Tub will be heated upon request. Your reservation prices include heating the hot tub.

*The pool is not heated unless otherwise requested at an additional fee. Please message to obtain pricing to heat the pool.

*If using the BBQ Grill and Fire Pit, you are completely responsible for ensuring they are turned off after each use. You must clean the BBQ grill after each use.

*Please put away the key to the Fire Pit after each use. This ensures it doesn't get lost.

Please respect the city of Glendora's quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

We love furry friends but pets are NOT allowed on our property.

There is NO SMOKING allowed on the property.

Parties are NOT allowed and per Glendora regulations there are to be no more than 10 people in the home at any given time.

*Please DO NOT touch or change settings on the pentair pool system. DO NOT touch the back panel at all.

Gardening service is every Monday. If there are guests in the pool/backyard, the gardener is aware not to disrupt and will only clean the front yard.

Pool Service is every Wednesday & Friday between 8:00 am and 3:00 PM. The pool guy will enter through the side gate.

Parking: Free onsite parking in the driveway or street

There are 3 cameras in the front of the home. They all face the front entrance/driveway. There are 2 cameras in the backyard. One facing the pool and the second facing the spa. These are for liability purposes only. All cameras have visual and audio recording.
