I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration following our recent stay at [5712 alviso ], which we booked with the expectation of a clean, safe, and adequately equipped home for our group of 13. Unfortunately, what we experienced fell far below even the most basic standards—and frankly, we’re baffled by how this property is listed as guest-ready.To begin with, the lack of essential amenities and general cleanliness was alarming. There were only four forks and six towels provided—for a house that is advertised to accommodate up to thirteen people. That is not just an oversight; it's unacceptable. Additionally, there were no washcloths provided at all.The patio light didn’t work, and although maintenance was allegedly notified, no one ever came out during the entirety of our stay. Several light bulbs throughout the home were out, making the already dimly lit house even more uncomfortable.We were also greeted by dirty walls and floors, and a closet with a wooden plank labeled as “not working” (to be clear: a literal wooden plank nailed up with a sign). Another closet was locked entirely, preventing use of needed storage. The refrigerator was covered in dents, and there was no ice maker—just trays, which is hardly what you'd expect for a large group. Even door knobs missing. Just a lack of attention to the property that’s unacceptable.Safety was another concern: the back gate had a lock but didn’t actually lock, and the outdoor screens leading to underne

Quick LA Getaway with Family
Property is great - new and clean. Very spacious for a large family and the ADU in the back was great along with the backyard seating area. Close by to a CVS if you forget something. Close enough to get to various places in LA. Neighborhood is decent and near a school with friendly neighbors walking their dogs. Rated a 4 Star because there is not enough bath towels for the amount of people it can accommodate. There were also no face/wash cloths nor hand towels for the bathrooms. There were no cleaning wipes nor spray; not enough paper towels as well. It'd be nice if washer/dryer were available as we had children with us and needed to wash some stuff urgently. Owner is communicative and pleasant to deal with.

Beware of this owner she makes the reservation in this home to later send you a message telling you that the propery has repairs and that she will relocate you to another one of her properties, she sends you pictures of a property that looks in good condition and we accept why he would give us 500dlls back when we check in. Our flight arrived early in Los Ángeles and we wanted to see the location of the property and, Oh surprise ! Since going there was nothing compared to the pictures, it was as if a hurricane has hit and left it in a disrepair, with trash, overgrown grass and crackeds. He also told us that there was a garage and of course it was not true., it was an alley with homeless people. We went to the property that was our first choice and discovered that there were other guest on our same dates. Of course when we refused to ckeck in and that horrible property, she did not return the promised refund. We found out that they over-rent the property. At this time we are not even interested in reimbursement, we just want other guest to know that if they offered another property instead of this one, do not accept and report.

WE WERE PLEASED OVERALL, BEAUTIFUL HOME IN THE CITY I WAS RAISED IN. OUR ONLY DISLIKES WERE NO SCREENS ON THE WINDOWS AND THE LACK OF CLEANLINESS ON ALOT OF SURFACES AND THE LINENS. BUT IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY AND WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!! THANK YOU!!
