The rooms are nice but small. Not much in the way of storage - two drawers and half a closet for hanging clothes. The free breakfast is disorganized and sparse. Oftentimes there's a lack of flatware and glasses. The attending staff just feels overwhelmed. During my stay I returned to the hotel to discover fire engines in front and fireman inside. No one seemed to know what was going on. Finally I was told it would be 3 hours before anyone could get in their rooms. Definitely NOT the way to handle the situation. And when I finally returned, I was told it was some problem with the dryer and not operating it correctly. No apology. No acknowledgement of the inconvenience. And certainly no adjustment to my bill. There's a distinct lack of professionalism here. Maybe better after more time and training but I doubt I'll be going back to see. There's better places to stay.

A very modern and new hotel in a very convenient location. Many cafes and eating options are in the walkable vicinity. Target is also a 5 minute walk on the same street. It feels very safe and clean outside- my eye and I had morning walks in the area before we started our days. I like how each room includes a sofa and a c table so you don't need to sit on the bed to watch TV. All the staff are extra courteous and professional, and they go out of the way to help you. The breakfast with the unlimited continental breakfast bar is a little bit underwhelming for the price. I wish they had hot food options as part of the buffet instead of just mainly ham, cheese, cereal, and fruit. They need to let guests know they're dining options more. Overall I had a very pleasant stay with my group and I'll definitely stay here again.
