Alsace is as described--clean, comfortable, rooms & property look new. Big windows give a feeling of openness as rooms are on the small side. Bed very comfortable & shower is good. No odd noises from anything in the room:) Would have loved a small chair--the tiny stool does not work as well. The street along the side of the hotel has a small homeless encampment (tents) but it was rainy so we never saw an actual person. We walked easily to two different dinner locations after dark and all was well. This seems to be an area in transition with two large building of new construction directly across the street. We would definitely return to this hotel for its reasonable rates and all the pluses mentioned above:)

I like that this hotel is boutique and service is good. I like the unique design style too. However I feel like the room is too small, and it has a wood smell in the property probably because it’s too new. The location is not very good, we had a car and can travel anywhere but it’s not that close to everywhere. In general it’s not that cost-effective but if you want this location , neighborhood it will be a big plus- other wise I will just stay in Hilton/Marriott to earn points.

I was surprised by the staff going above and beyond – my friends wanted to warm up their breakfast, and they brought a microwave to their room. I asked for slippers, and they brought them right away. The service was great!

Nice hotel. Very clean and quiet. They do charge $33 per night for parking, you can’t come and go freely as you need to wait for a staff member to open the gate. They also charge an extra $15 upon arrival which wasn’t disclosed beforehand. But the property is very well taken care of, and staff are friendly and helpful.

Very pleased
Very cool LA Boho vibe hotel. Conveniently located where we wanted to be near friends. The only minor complaint was that the towels did not smell clean. Smelled a little like they were just unwrapped and new but not cleaned. Great complementary Nespresso in room and in the lobby. Workout gym had all the basic items. Cute courtyard with tables.

We were going to a concert at the Elray theater for New Year’s Eve and they did a hotel to stay at that was close by since we are from out of town. I chose this one and chose right we were very happy with our stay. I was nervous at first because I’ve never stayed in a boutique hotel but it was awesome. Definitely a great experience would go back.
