Perfect little spot in an excellent location. The cottage and hosts were excellent. Very accomodating! I could not ask for a better experience while visiting my daughter in Santa Monica for the first time. The listing does not lie — this is the best beach location. Easy access at the end of the block. You can easily walk into downtown Santa Monica or stroll along Main St. We had everything we needed for our one week stay — plenty of towels, comfy bed, nicely stocked kitchen. We thought the space perfect for the two of us. Parking was actually pretty easy once with the parking pass and parking lot. We were here in winter so I can only imagine how amazing the location is for summer beach use. Photos of the listing are completely accurate.

I visit Santa Monica regularly and always check the carriage house’s availability and am so happy when I can book it! I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years and love everything about it. The location is perfect, Dayle provides everything a guest could ever require, and the place is spotless. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. When I leave, I wish I were staying longer!

Such a great location!! Steps to the beach and walking distance to everything. Restaurants, shopping, & even a Trader Joe’s all close by. This little place has so much charm and is well stocked with everything in the kitchen, bedrooms, & great beach stuff! Also, it was so nice to have a washer & dryer.The host was so kind.
