I’m disabled right now and they went out of their way to help me, from the baggage porters, to helping me with Wi-Fi, just a great experience. They couldn’t t have been nicer. The restaurant next door was wonderful and close enough for me to get to it in a chair. Would stay here again.

Conveniently located to the Hollywood walk of fame and downtown LA. Close proximity to restaurants, cafes and shops. Offers parking for a fee. Holds your luggage after check out which was super helpful. The room was clean. The property was quite loud, a lot of road noise and internal noise from comings and goings. Staff were friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable for the location. It had a hot tub and pool and vending machines with drinks and snacks.

Room smelt like cigarettes, pillows were poor quality, walls are very thin, bed was stiffer than most I have been on, Parking is up to $40 a night and is Not Included in your stay. Ottoman was damaged, and the Outlets directly behind the tv did not work.

After a long drive on roadtrip, wanting get some rest expecting a great room and comfort. We did not expect that at all, once we arrived. Our we room smelled like weed, walls stained yellow, restroom not cleaned, and the beds are as hard as the floor. All our excitement out the window. Went back to the desk telling them about our room. The two gentlemen apologized with no empathy. We got a new room and it was little to no difference then the other but it was bearable. In the morning we checked out and informed the front desk about the situation again. They were much better in service and very helpful. Advertised they had breakfast available and they didn’t and was told to go next door to the restaurant. Overall I wouldn’t ever come back and don’t recommend anyone to stay at best western Hollywood. You’re best to sleep in your car then at this hotel.

Right where you would want it.. If you want access to Hollywood Boulevard or the Hollywood Bowl, this is the place to be.. Easy walk up and down the hill for anything you could need.. Rooms were dated, but for the price it was a great value.

Staff was efficient and accommodating. Good location but location is pretty loud, heard a lot of hotel neighbor and street noise, had to keep window coverings closed at all times for privacy. Room was clean, bed and bedding were uncomfortable.
