Front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly. We were given a 1st floor room near the entrance to the parking lot and had constant noise of doors slamming, EMS sirens, talking, music though out the night. Moved us to a different room and the second morning there we had no hot water.

Our first night there. My children and I showered and it wasn’t til during my shower that the tub started to fill and debris came out of the drain. It was disgusting. I sent a message and had no reply. So next day hoped that while my children and I were out it would be cleaned. But no. When we returned the room had been cleaned, however the bathtub had not. The same dirt from the drain that had came out the night before was still there. But they had placed the shower mat and towel on side of the tub. I had to clean the bathtub myself before I allowed my children to shower and even then we were still disgusted. Yesterday I didn’t even bother having the room cleaned because I was disappointed from the day prior. When brought up to concierge at front desk upon check out all that was said was ok I’m sorry. I have pictures of the tub from the first night to Monday night.

We spent two nights here and the first time was horrific - 1. the traffic noise was so loud and we could hear every car passing by, all night. I called the front desk 10 minutes after stepping in and they said the room can’t be switched as we already used the bathroom. 2. The A/C fan was not functioning properly and I had to turn it on and off manually every hour. 3. The bathroom ceiling started to leak at night. The second night was much better since we did get a different room. A/C is working and traffic noise gone. Was able to sleep through the night without waking up every hour. Ask for rooms away from the main street if you decide to stay there. Staff was friendly and facility is clean. I can only give three star based one first nights experience.
