Nice quiet safe motel. I liked the green theme. Proper front desk service. Helpful when I had a problem with an electrical item in my room. That was fixed. Nice bed, fresh linen. Parking was extra which I didn’t know until I checked in. There is a small pool I didn’t use. There is a small patio area out front we did use which was nice. Vending machine on site but there is a Ralph’s a block away. Breakfast was included but was quite basic. There are plenty of great places to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner etc East on Colorado. I recommend Cindy’s and Oinkster . I would have liked a safe in my room. I will 100% stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect. It's very close to two highways, so there is some traffic noise. But, we didn't mind it. I will continue to stay at Best Western properties when possible.

We stayed for 3 days and after the first room service had tons of insects and flies on the pillows and bedsheet which caused tons of inconvenience. They provided us with another room and the bathtub had issue draining water next morning. On top that the manager called on day 2 11:15am asking us to checkout the room as he wasn’t able to see us in the system after all the back and forth on the phone (while we were already on a tour in Malibu) he then threatened us saying that “I’m the manager here and it won’t be good for you if you do not cooperate “. Worst experience ever.

The first night I went to the jacuzzi and the water was dirty and the water was cold that’s not the way a jacuzzi should be it was the same the next 3 nights also there were 2 girls arguing at about1 in the morning then the police came about 1 a.m. to talk to one of them. The 2nd night there were people playing music in the parking lot until 10 pm then in the morning around 5am there was someone dragging there suitcase down the stairs.

Refund due. No response yet from hotel.

Hotel was double booked and my cancellation with Hotels.com did not process. I received a charge for $155.30 as a no-snow which I cannot resolve. I am waiting for the hotel manager to return my call. Im told by Hotels.com that the Best Western manager must approve and authorize the refund charged by Hotels.com as a no-show. I am awaiting a resolution to this matter.

The woman at the front desk wasn't nice to the guests. She was unnecessarily difficult when asked for supplies. And her bad attitude was the reason I avoided getting supplies. The room was overpriced for the quality. And there was constant noise coming from the park next to the hotel.

It's an OK room to stay in.

The room served it's purpose. Definitely an older hotel. The shower in our room was partially broken. The water wasn't fully blocked at the faucet to go up to the shower, and the pressure definitely sucked. The breakfast wasn't anything special. At least it was included.
