The beds were comfortable, the hot water was FIRE, the location was perfect and the diner in the lobby was convenient and delicious. Valeting our car was mildly annoying but at least I didn't have to park in a tiny space or stress about finding a spot. I would stay here again for sure!

This is not the first time we've stayed here, and it won't be the last! Comfortable room and wonderful service. I confess, I was picky and asked to change rooms and they accommodated me cheerfully. Then, I embarrassed myself because I compared the size and view to a previous room we stayed in - not realizing they had upgraded me on a previous trip without telling me! It's a great place, perfectly located for so many theaters, and the Clark Street Diner below is the best breakfast in town.

Liked the hotel. It had a great vibe. The diner next door was great. Food very good. Staff at front desk very helpful. Only complaint was the road noice. We were given a room facing street. But once we turned on the A/C fan it did drown it out.

Love this place. Front desk staff is great. The daytime valet is a fun and terrifically nice guy. The Diner continues to rock! And Sophie the Bartender, who should continually be rewarded for sending us to a wonderful spot to check out!
