We are less than 3 miles to the beach, and walking distance to great restaurants and the Marina Marketplace. The main house has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for families or groups. The guest house Includes a dedicated work area/desk, a low EMF infared sauna, and a Peloton bike for your workouts, and a full bathroom. The private backyard has space for dining al fresco and 2 flat screen smart tv's. Enjoy your favorite shows from the private hot tub or or soaking up the California sunshine.
