I did not like the property the service from the rude front desk people who were very nonchalantthat, they kept telling me can’t help me with anything. I ask for towels they told me to bring my old towels to the front desk before I could get new ones and then made me wait 30 mins. for fresh towels and had me come back to the front to get them because they don’t take towels to the room. My room was not clean after one night stay because the policy is they don’t clean room unlessyou stay for 7 days. The front desk was very argumentative with multiple other guest there, they were speaking in another language in front of guest , talking rude to other staff members. The parking is across the street very inconvenient , it was an overall bad experience, the customer service was the worst i have ever experienced they had a very aggressive tone , didn’t want to help solve any problems you have.

The hotel was convenient and felt safe. Parking wasn't an issue. Hotel had free laundry 24hrs. Coffee 24hrs. Rooms were spacious.

The room wasn't the cleanest, you can tell the housekeepers are not thoroughly cleaning the rooms because there was dried up food left on the side of the lounge chair. There was also a dog smell in the room, we had to spray perfume in the air vents to tolerate the smell upon entering the room. Some of the front staff members wasn't the friendliest when requesting fresh towels. I will not stay here again, I'll more than likely stay at one of the other facilities in that same area as it was very convenient to visit the destinations we wanted to visit. Also, there are not any grills available there, please update the site and parking isn't free!
