Pictures are nothing like what the hotel actually looks Like!!! The room stunk and whole place was terrible. The woman at the desk was super helpful in getting a refund along with customer service at Expedia. Don’t stay there!

Overall the locale was good. Staff was friendly. However they could improve the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds. I noticed some things in disrepair. Have someone power wash the premises. A few of the light switches appeared to do nothing and the phones in the room did not work. So, I had to physically go to the front desk to file my complaint. There was nothing the attendant could do about the phones, and the light switch situation was inconsequential. The attendant offered to change my room. I thought that was nice and accommodating.

Staff was super kind and helpful, parking attendants were all friendly, and the hotel was quiet. We stay to visit our daughter at UCLA, and we used to stay at Hotel Angeleno because it’s a shorter drive, but Century Park was so so much quieter. Definitely with the extra 7min to get to campus.
