Pool Waiver Summary
By booking or using the pool, you accept all risks associated with its use, including injury or damage.
You release and hold harmless JustExplauren LLC and its affiliates from liability and agree to follow posted safety rules.
Supervision of all guests, especially minors, is required at all times.
Fines and Penalties
Undisclosed pet: $300 per pet
Quiet hours violation: $500
Smoking violation: $1,000
Tampering with smoke detector: $500
Furniture not returned: $100–$1,000
Unauthorized event or large group: $5,000
Additional visitors not on reservation: $35 per person per night
Covering exterior cameras: $1,000
Unauthorized late check-out: $250/hour
Excessive cleaning or damages: $500
Unplugging monitoring/Wi-Fi devices: $200
Filming events: $300 fee
Guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries during events

Cleaning and Essentials
Cleaning supplies are provided; additional items are at guest expense.
Optional mid-stay cleaning available for $350, which includes linens, disinfection, and restocking essentials.

Rule violations may result in cancellation and removal without refund.
While we maintain all listed amenities, occasional malfunctions can occur. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
Refunds will not be issued for temporary amenity issues or repairs.

Guest Responsibilities
Lost and found items: $50 handling fee + shipping
Broken or stolen items: guests cover replacement or repair costs
Unauthorized parties or police involvement will result in immediate eviction
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will lead to eviction
Only registered guests are permitted on the property
Any visitors must be listed in your reservation

HVAC Guidelines
Set A/C to 76°F when leaving or checking out
Do not lower below 69°F (may cause pipe freeze and leaks)
We are not liable for A/C damage or issues caused by misuse

Early Check-In
Confirmed one day before arrival
Before 12 PM: requires additional fee per host discretion
12 PM–4 PM: +$40 fee, available through your Boarding Pass

Late Check-Out
Standard check-out: 11 AM
Late check-out: 1-3 PM requires additional fee, up to host discretion, request via boarding pass
Unauthorized late check-out: $200 fee, deducted from security deposit

Pet Policy
Pet fee: $250 per disclosed pet
Undisclosed pet: $300 fee
Guests must clean up after pets to avoid additional charges
Service and emotional support animals must be disclosed prior to check-in
Animals are not allowed in the pool ($500 fine if violated)
Service animals must be house-trained and kept off furniture
