The room I purchased was a suit, when I got there I was upset cause that was not a suit. It was one room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. I was highly upset. The customer service was terrible. I would never stay there again.

This was a great experience. The room was huge for the price and it was only 15 minutes from LAX. It had free off street parking and the property and vibe were positive and fun. The room actually had two sleeping areas and was very spacious. The only complaints was the bedstands are made of a metal material and make a loud clanging noise when accidently kicked, which happens a lot when traveling with children. Other than that, no issues at all. I plan to stay here again if we ever need a hotel in this area.

The property itself is dirty, the grounds are tore up and coming apart, the heating and air-conditioning units are so old and dripping outside makes the property wet and slippery. They’re very scarce on the towels.

Service didn't do hotel justice.

The hotel is in decent condition and is located in a great area. That being said, the service was poor. The smoke detector started beeping at around 6:30 AM due to a low battery. I called the front desk, they sent someone up, but no one came back to replace the battery. I had to go down there to explain that although I had wanted to sleep a bit longer, it's was imposdible with the alarm chirping. It was replaced before we checked out. Secondly, they require $100 deposit to be put on a credit card for incidentals (more than I had paid for the room.) They have no incidentals. It's been a week and I'm still waiting for a refund of my deposit. According to my bank, the transcaction has been posted. I hate to think they do this on purpose, but, I can't be sure. If only a few people didn't notice or decide to say anything, they could end up making a big profit on those deposits.
