I will never book another stay here. I did arrive a little early and was told I could not check in early due to a system being switched over. My crew checked in our luggage (which was about the only great thing we experienced) and left to eat lunch. I walked back in about 10 minutes before the start of check in and there were 15-20 parties already in line. It took 50 minutes to get to the front of the line and check in literally took about 20 min. Once my crew and I received our room key, we immediately went to the room and discovered it had not been touched by housekeeping. We then went back downstairs and was told no other rooms were available and to wait until it was cleaned. It was about another 40 minutes before we could actaully utilize the room.
The first two shuttle drivers i encountered were great but the morning of checkout, the driver seen my mothers scooter chair and tried really hard to discourage us from using the shuttle instead of trying to be accommodating. If it wasnt for my partner and an incredibly nice patron of the hotel, we could've very well been stranded and missed our scheduled ride to our cruise point.
On top of this, on the morning of check out as well, we found that the pump on the lotion bottle did not work. It was broken. When I asked housekeeping to replace it, the lady waved me off and told me to call the front desk.
Overall, my experience was not very good. The staff were a mess and did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience.
