I liked the area. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The shower water was not hot. I could only get warm at best. The noise at night from the street was louder than I hoped being on the 20th floor. It was like the window was open.

This property needs some maintenance. The bed, sheets, and towels were clean. All of the bathroom and room amenities were old and only “mostly” clean. No hot water, however the staff was kind and helpful. The Garden area is nice.
