I was surprised to find out there was an additional $47/night charge to park my car, which was not advertised upfront. The neighborhood was very dirty, with lots of garbage on the streets. It was also exceptionally loud, with sirens and speeding cars. The room was comfortable, but I would not choose this property again.

$47 a night to park which I was unaware of until I checked in. Nice Japanese garden area. Elevators were responsive. Wasn't told that the Los Angeles Marathon would be running one morning so woke up to a lot of Cheers.

The room is nice and clean I love it. The staff is excellent. There was in the morning around 4.00 am , I needed to get an Uber, but at that time the homeless guy was running toward me by the corner of the road in front of the hotel. I ran into the hotel lobby to get help and one super gentle cleaning man walked me and stayed with me and sent me off to the Uber taxi. I really appreciate his kindness. So even though the area so bad and quite a few of homeless people. The staff try their best to keep the guest safe and sound. I definitely will go back stay at this property again in the future. Oh at the night time you will hear siren a multiple times.

Tub was full of grime and mold … tv wasn’t working .. called front desk and they said a tech would come to repair tv but never showed up ..

Staff gossiping, speak and not payjng attention to customers. They don't have security so if people are in danger they will do nothing about it. The room are clean and the Garden view is nice at least.

The cookies were key. They gave me two and I really needed one and saved the other in my purse and I had to work through lunch and was thankful for the cookies. The wifi connection was frustrating. It did not work. I called downstairs and no one answered (it was 6am). I called the help line and they were not useful. I called again later and the front desk told me to use code Guest20. Why couldn't they post that in the room? I spent 40 minutes trying to connect. The eating options in the adjacent plaza were good. Nori and Rice was super good and cheap!
