Hotel and room were clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was a horrible experience and the food was not that good. Very little selection and the line for the made to order omelet was down the hall.

So when I first came in the front desk person wasn’t too friendly he just took my id and card and placed us to disable room again.. I would prefer this ftont desk people to ask if the customer doesn’t mind to use the disable room.. I prefer to offer this room for elderly who needs it more…

Dissapointing amenity

We called the day before to ask about the pool and jacuzzi because we wanted a hotel with a jaccuzi.hours. We were told that both were opened until 10. They did not bother to tell us that the jaccuzzi has no heat. Why would you not tell someone that when they specifically called to ask? The pool did not feel heated either. This was very dissapointing.We had a family birthday with a group of 10, and that was part of our plan. The breakfast snd evening teception were both nice, so we at least had that.

Short and beautiful experience. Brian and I went to go see the price is Friday and we need someplace to spend the night and it was beautiful. A lot of walking a lot of shopping stores in the area within walking distance.

The services that the property provided was great!!! The maid service was fast and brought us towels quick. The breakfest was great and everyone who worked there was amazing!!! And the night cocktails and snacks was awesome

The property features a charming koi pond at the entrance, adding a pleasant touch to the overall ambiance. On-site parking is available, which is convenient, although there is a fee for overnight stays. The hotel offers an impressive breakfast selection, catering to a variety of tastes. However, the room conditions left much to be desired. The master bedroom had unfilled holes in the walls, and a cover plate was improperly installed, exposing a visible hole. Additionally, some small tiles in the bathroom were loose or inadequately adhered to the floor. Given the price I paid, I had anticipated a higher standard of maintenance and presentation.
