Anytime I travel to California, I take recommendations from one person and one person only, Devid Fillips. A connoisseur of the exquisite and fine hotels. When he recommended I stay at the Embassy Suites Glendale, I expected nothing less than the best. It is conveniently located from shops, food, and the freeway. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is kept very well and the rooms are spacious and clean. The complimentary hot breakfast and drinks in the evening were quite the treat. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

The room was very nice and the hotel overall was spotless. We had teenagers with us and the remote to the television they were watching wasn’t working. I went to the front desk and told the lady that I think the batteries need to be replaced and I don’t have any. I will send maintenance up, but they never showed up. I explained this to the man at the front desk in the morning and he said let me check ,like I was a grown adult lying to him, and then said I will talk to her when she gets here. In the morning we went to breakfast and my granddaughter has dietary restrictions and we were trying to get a pancake for her. The menu posted around had prices for “Non Guests” which included pancakes. One of the cooks said there is French toast over there. We have never, never had a problem getting pancakes at embassy suites and never told as guests that we have to pay. She’s a little kid who wasn’t able to eat. The same man at the front desk said that is not my department so I don’t know there policies. Then he shouldn’t be at the front desk. I stay at Embassy Suites a lot since it is my preferred hotel but maybe I have to rethink this. Kelly B

This hotel worked very well for our family for the one night we were there. My kids loved the Koi pond and the cool elevators! Our breakfast was also delicious! My only complaint is that the beds are very firm and not comfortable.
