Everything was nice except the balcony . The room was exceptional. The balcony had the scenery of the parking lot No bueno . Overall my birthday stay was pretty good. Clean room Family friendly cleaning staff great, front desk check in girl Jazmine was kind and friendly, check out girl not so much . Prices were not fully explained; parking, paid parking, that's it. Found pricing on the site as 60.00 I thought it was $60.00 for the stay not each night and all the other fees were not explained. Will I return to the Embassy Suites? Great Question

When booking through Expedia the price listed for the parking is $49 flat, however the property charges $66 plus taxes and fees totaling $82 per night which is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. It’s extremely frustrating because the property nor the corporate office has taken responsibility. After multiple attempts of communication this still hasn’t been resolved to my satisfaction.
