Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Beautiful 2 bedroom home, spacious kitchen and dining area. There is a cute corner for the office area and the house also features a front yard and backyard for relaxing after a long day. Close to freeway and minutes to downtown LA and South Pasadena. The house is located within walking distance to malls, theater and groceries. Spacious rooms with fast WIFI and TV with streaming options. 1 car parking is provided as well.

The space
You would enter the house through your own private entrance to a gorgeous upgraded living room which also has a corner for the office area. Nice comfortable pull out couch along with chairs to sit and enjoy time with family. You can entertain yourself with tv provided with streaming capabilities.

As you walk from the living room, you have a huge four seater dining area which connects to the kitchen. In the kitchen, you have all the needed amenities including microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee machine to name a few.

The bathroom is recently upgraded with tiles around the shower to give you the best experience. The two bedrooms are very spacious and is very carefully decorated with your comfort in mind.

Finally, you can also enjoy outdoor seating both in the front yard and back yard if you like some quiet time. There is a tiny shared grass area which can also be used for relaxation.

The house comes with its own parking spot so you never have to park on the street. The entire house has cameras outside to keep you safe and secure.

We stayed before the fires and while the location worked for our trip, the owner has a lot of work to do. Location/windows - the highway noise is so loud the windows rattle; Deferred maintenance - broken blinds, broken exhaust fan resulting in peeling paint in the only bathroom, Needed updates - ice maker doesn’t work, electrical outlets inadequate, living room chairs so uncomfortable watching tv is almost impossible. Photos of the property do an excellent job of disguising or avoiding these issues.

The house is very nice and clean! Good communication! The house sits on a corner near the highway, you could hear the highway all night. Didn’t bother us but, could bother others. My only recommendation is add wash cloths to the bathroom. Great house!!!

My stay here was great! Everything was just as listed. The space was beautiful and clean. Backyard area was nice and intimate. The area was quiet with the occasional sound of a train or construction, but not disturbing. The home was walking distance from the grocery store and the movie theater which was great. Took a trip to Disney which was only 30 minutes away. Overall, if you come across this home, book it. It’s close to downtown and wherever you need to be. Would definitely book again!

Perfect place for a couple

Spouse and I stayed here for five days for a wedding. Great location, everything we wanted to do was a short drive away. The place was very clean, bed was comfortable, shampoo and soap provided, plates and utensils, and the WIFI was plenty fast to watch shows on the television. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive and checked in on us (via vrbo) during our stay. 5/5 would most certainly stay here again. Thanks!
