Great house, location, and communication! Very clean and well-maintained. The driveway parking was a huge bonus!!! 2 cars easily fit. A grocery store is literally right around the corner which we used every day. Beautiful, safe neighborhood for daily walks. The beach was close enough to walk to as well (about a mile or so).
