This gorgeous 1923 Spanish style home borders Hancock park and Oxford square. The main house is 3 Bedroom, 2 bath and it is 1446 sq feet with an additional structure in the back. The garage that was converted to an ADU which can be use. This house has been tastefully remodeled with some amazing finishes. As you enter the home you will walk into some beautiful high vaulted ceilings and a spacious an open space into the kitchen. The kitchen has new black shaker cabinets with quartz counter tops. It also has a beautiful kitchen island that is open into the family room, which will allow you to prep your food and entertain your guests. The home has 3 big bedrooms and of course a master suite that has a 6 foot walk in shower. The hallway bathroom is VERY big and offers and walk in shower, tub and double sinks for the kiddos!
