Perfect for families, groups of friends, or even a business group, or even you want to do party! we are wonderfully situated in the luxury neighborhood At Granda Hills, close to Burbank, Universal Studios, and Hollywood. If you just want to stay home and chill we have a pool and a private hot tub in our leafy in a huge Beautiful treelined garden with a kids playground. You could think you are in Beverly Hills!"

This spacious 4-bedroom home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. This house is comfortable, clean, and has so many awesome features - it is a must-visit!
The large master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed + Sofa bed and a view of the backyard and baby crib. It also has walking in closets and an updated en suite with sink and both a shower.
Bedroom 2 has queen bunk bed ,
Bedroom 3 has a King bed and queen bed.
Bedroom 4 has a 2 twin trundle open to twin bed with twin car bed total 5 guest can sleep.
This home features Marble flooring, family friendly with toys. updated appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, dishwasher, big refrigerator & lots of natural light. It is fully stocked with plates, utensils, small appliances, etc. If you plan to do any cooking or baking during your stay, this kitchen will not disappoint.
