The staff were all great. The hotel is located in a very convenient location where it's close to tons of restaurants to pick from, and a nice plaza onsite. The hotel is a little dated being that it's a Hilton, rooms are okay. I would probably stay here again if prices were a little more on the low side since there are two newer hotels like Holiday Inn and Courtyard near by. Daily parking fee is only $10 which is lower than other hotels.

The chair is heavyly tear off, safty box is broken, bathroom wall and ceiling are paint off, tape water is so small, toilet tissues is so thin, over all it is looks like third class hotel. The worest thing is charging parking fee which is never know it during the reservation. Housekeeper is trying to cut down the bottle of water.

I booked a non-smoking room and floor due to my asthma. However, multiple times a day there was a strong cigarette odor. At first I thought the smell came from the previous people in the same room, but it seemed like the smell was coming from surrounding rooms and the entire floor. Hotel staff did offer a room change, but I truly think that wouldn’t have made a difference and I also didn’t want to risk being moved to a room of lesser value than the one I already purchased. Overall, the room did show signs of wear and tear. Leather from the chairs were lifted, there were painted over cracks in the restroom, and the batteries in the remote were not replaced.

We had a lovely 3 night stay here in November. The staff was fantastic and very helpful, even recommending some fantastic restaurants in the area (there are a ton of amazing restaurants right in the same plaza that the hotel is in). The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the parking was safe and cheap at only $10 a night. We would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever in LA again!

The breakfast wasn't free. It costs $27. Parking was very limited, but available. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The carpet needed a bit more cleaning, but otherwise everything was fine.
