Plus: The hotel was easy to find. The room was very clean and had everything I would hope for in a hotel room. Hallway also smelled clean. Even a bathtub which is nice. Minus: A small dog was barking outside my room and I met it in the hallway by morning barking aggressively at me and into the elevator. I have large dogs. But I do not want to be greeted by an aggressive barking dog belonging to a guest at any hotel I am paying for. Ever! The front clerk upon check-in spoke so incredibly fast I couldn’t comprehend what he was saying. When asked to repeat he seemed bothered by it. His shirt was crumpled. He needs to iron it. Look the part. Wearing a dress shirt doesn’t help if it’s completely creased. He didn’t share the info on the WiFi or breakfast times, etc. I had to call from my room and he was impatient with me. Probably he was annoyed because I was questioning upon check-in why he suddenly needed a $100 deposit and I received no invoice or receipt for this. On the hotels .com website it clearly states the entire cost of my room is present on the listing. Clearly it is not when I’m asked for $100 upon checkin. The front desk man said it would be 5 days before that is released. This is unfair. I do not think being charged any surprise $100 fee should be permitted. I asked for a receipt and the front desk person refused I’m just supposed to trust some fast talking kid with my $100? I do not agree with this and do not think you should do this unless it is clear ahead

Breakfast was awesome! So much variety and actually good. The coffee too. Outside parking lot is a bit tight but I was able to fit my full size truck in there. Room was clean and quiet (except for the trains that pass by in the mornings). Staff was friendly and quick.

Poor construction materials, non-sound proof. You can hear upper and lower floors' actions and your neighbors' conversation, cars on the street passing by, therefore, ear plugs were provided. Other than that it is a convivence location to stay. Breakfast was average. Front desk staff helpful. Free parking while staying need to register your car. within 5 minutes walk to Ralph grocery store and Dollar tree and train route is closed by you could hear the train passing by too.
