The breakfast area was not clean. By 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday, they had completely run out of butter and several other items. The wait time for refilling food was very long. Dining tables were left dirty, and there was no staff present in the dining area to clean or maintain the tables.

The worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. There was a major leak that affected the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor, the water was coming out from the ceiling through the walls affecting the carpet on the hallways.The water was getting inside the rooms so we tried to call the lobby and the phone lines were out of service. Tried to use the stairs because the hallway was flooded and the door to the stairs was locked. We were in a two bed room and they didn't have anything available other than a king bed room. The manager the next day didn't offer any discount or a free night, she only offered 2,000 reward points that don't help to get a free night. The place is dirty, old, unsafe, there are homeless around asking for money, ice machine doesn't work, they never clean my room during my 5-day stay. Horrible, stay away from this place.

It's an "A" for the comfy beds, shower, clean room & staff and "A+++" for the breakfast. I don't like that we have to pay $12 a day for parking. Also, if you stay there, check your cell phone's and laptop's wi-fi connection. You have to reconnect every morning.

Horrible guest and front desk services. No room cleaning service and they literally said you can call front dark for clean towels, but when we asked for the clean towels, the front desk told me they don’t have any clean towels and we have to wait until morning time next day. Also it said 24 hours drinkable water is a available, but there is no water, just a small water container which is usually almost empty, even we told front desk and kitchen staff, still nobody refill the container. This Hoyle ruined holidayInn chain brand.

Clean room, awesome breakfast buffet, plenty of parking and welcoming staffs. Bathroom fixtures and shower rooms are old and need an upgrade. The bathroom sliding door came off the track.
