I called for the shuttle to pick me up at the Long Beach airport at 11am on Saturday 10-18-25, I was told a shuttle will there in 10 minutes, no one showed up by 11:30, I called customer service again and was placed on hold while they contacted the driver, they was unable to contact the driver, I was then told a cab would be sent to pick me up, that never happened, I called an uber at 12pm to get to the hotel. I was not happy at all, that I received the runaround and had to pay to get to the hotel.

I have a 7AM flight out of LGB airport (there are 4 flights that depart before 7:15). That means doors close at 6:45. Found out at check-in that their shuttle does not start until 6:00! No way you can cut it that close. Don’t stay there if you have an early flight. Cost me $26 to use Lyft.

The tower is cool, and the restaurant on the top floor has a neat view. The first floor is update but our room was dated and in disrepair. The bathroom mirror was really gross, the baseboards on the bathroom had obvious water damage, the shower drain was very slow, and there is no bathroom fan so the moisture is constant, and the door to the room was difficult to open/'close. We're full grown men and it took solid effort to do so. Breakfast was decent. I won't be back.

Free airport shuttle runs about every 30 minutes starting at 6 AM to midnight. Room was very clean. Keurig coffee maker in room.
