Great location, could do with a good clean!
We booked 2 apartments for a family of 11. It was not specified if one was suitable for 6, so we chose the ground floor one for easy access for my mother inlaw. We did not have sufficient bedding or towels. However, we used spare ones from the other room. The sofa bed in the lounge was meant for 2 people but was small and very uncomfortable. The other main beds were good though. There were no curtains at any window, only metal blinds and the lounge ones were broken. Our view was of electric boxes and a outside light shone through all night. The floors were filthy, my daughters white socks were black and crusty in a short time. There were no instructions on how to use the TV, what to do with trash or any helpful tips as there had been in the other rentals we had used. I emailed ElevenApts but did not receive a response until 24 hours or so later. They did offer to come and clean, but I responded saying there was little point as we were leaving shortly. Location wise, it was great. The area felt quite safe and was a short walk from Hollywood Boulevard. The apartments have great potential, but they need a little more consideration.

This is my new go-to place for future visits to Los Angeles. Our stay was excellent. Perfect location, huge apartment with amenities and modern decor. Looking forward to my next visit.

It was not a very clean place to stay. The carpet was filthy all throughout the apartment. The walls all had black smudge marks all over. My sheets had a "stain" from a previous guest and found a long strand of hair when I pulled the covers back. Parking was a nightmare, I called three times before someone would answer to issue a key fob. The parking garage entrance was so steep I scraped the bottom of my vehicle getting in and out. I will not stay there ever again.

There was no sufficient curtains in bedrooms and outside security lights light up bedrooms too much. Could read the paper at night with lights off Light switches in bedrooms did nothing Aircon only had one speed full so too noisey

I liked the location a few short blocks to the walk of fame. centrally located for food, entertainment, and Universal Studios. Great Place Improves: maybe directions to set your own door code not for sure how many time that one has be used.....more of a piece of mind. Did not like it, may be petty but if I rent the place I think the assigned parking spot should come in the price of the place not be a extra charge.

Accommodation was spacious and comfortable. Property is ideally located for most tourist attractions and easily accommodates family of four. However, issue with toilet holder (reported on June review) has still not been fixed. Also, property advertised with jetted bath but ours was standard

We were given the wrong room and passcode to get in. We literally walked into a room that was occupied by another family. Thank god they weren’t there because it could have gone very wrong. Our room had a punch hole in the bathroom door and the balcony was littered with ashes.

Neighborhood was nice. Though a nearby park was fenced off for some reason. basement parking handy as the street parking would have been difficult. Having laundry in the apartment was helpful for us. My only knock was for the broken toilet paper dispenser. Tried to put it back together but eventually just kept the roll on the tank. Minor but not cool.
