Ups and downs.

We called Hilton to see if our room was ready and the main number was so unhelpful, misspelled our name and told us we had no reservation. We went to the property and all was fine but that was a pain. We were there for 2 nights. They didnt make our beds the first night. They left our dirty towels in a pile in the corner of the bedroom (we didnt put them there). When I called for extra towels and mentioned the bed weren't made they had no comment. Evidently they only do beds every other day but my husband was only told this after he mentioned it. Also kind of lost on people staying for two nights (at about $900 per night). We got locked out of the room the second day as the lock on the door wasn't charged and spent 30 minutes sorting that out. We like the spacious room. The beds were comfortable and nice bathrooms. The kitchen could use an update. One of the doors wouldn't close at all. Weve stayed here twice before but not sure we'd do it again.

Having a shuttle to pick up and drop off LAX was convenient. Close proximity to the airport. The water temperature in our room was quite hot... I called front desk a couple times to inform them the issue, despite being transferred to a different room it was still the same issue. Additionally, I called front desk for housekeeping before we leave the room the first day, but when we came back 7 hours the room was not cleaned.

There was no cold water available. The cold water would come in and out during in use but majority of the time was hot water. This made showering unpleasant. This also goes for all the sinks in the room as well. The TV would lag tremendously. There was also no hand soap to wash your hands properly. Difficulty with the A/C. Finally there was a power outage that lasted a few hours and we weren't even accommodated for the inconvenience. The good thing about the room was the upgraded space and that I was given two beds instead of a small studio I originally booked

Very unhealthy sewer smell coming up in the bathroom and the elevators. The smell at 3:00 a.m. woke us up so sick and with the most severe headache we've ever had in our lives. We are so groggy that we fell back to sleep until 9:00 in the morning and woke up so sick that we could barely even function to get the attention of the appropriate staff.
