This place is a motel and a hookers hangout, obviously hotels.com did not do it's due diligence. Hotels.com will send you to place that has no room service or house keeping, that's a motel not a hotel. Be careful what you book on hotels.com.

Amazing stay. Jeanette checked us in, she was so kind and accommodating. Rosie (I believe that was her name) checked us out with such ease and quickness. Will definitely be staying again.

We were charged $150 deposit plus a pet fee and then walked to our room where staff took a full video of the room before handing over keys.. later that evening I realized I had the wrong remote for the television so I went to the front desk and instead of just finding the right remote and bringing it, the guy kept coming to her room insisting that he needed to come inside and test the remote even though we are already in bed. The room was very nasty and so was the rest of the property. The elevator did not work. Nothing on the property looks like the picturesPool was gross and closed. There is no one at the front desk until 9:00 a.m. no coffee. I would never stay here again

Pictures look way better than in person. The bathroom had what I think is mold. Condition of the room is run down. The room was smoky smelling.
