Love this location when the price is right! It can range from $225 to $789 a night. Very walkable to activities, like the aquarium, whale watch tours, 3 city parks, and the harbor/shops. Many restaurants, with a lot of variety. Great room and comfortable beds. Pool on the 8 th floor is beautiful day and Night.

The staff were all excellent. Out TV went out twice and there was a problem in the bathroom which were all handled very quickly. The problem I had was with the sheets, comforter and pillows. The sheets were extremely hard, the comforter was lumpy and the pillows too soft. It made it difficult to sleep. The woman in the dining area was rude. She was not willing to go any extra steps for the customer. Not good, since this was the only food option inside the hotel.
