Great place to stay

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Clean and beautiful rooms, very friendly staff, and plenty of things to do around the area. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. I look forward to coming back next year!

Had to change my reservation to check out early, front desk was great with assisting. Hotel very clean, breakfast was busy but the food quality was still great. Overall, great experience during a super busy weekend. Will stay here again

I could say honestly without a doubt this is by far my most favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. I have traveled all around the US and Mexico we frequently go to Vegas 3 to 4 times a year and I've been to many mega resorts. The staff went above and beyond were super super friendly we're really good at what they do every interaction I had I didn't have a single terrible interaction. We were going on a cruise so we stayed here the night before and there's so many things to do beautiful area super clean. Even the security guard allowed us to park overnight and he said he would watch our car for one to make sure wouldn't get towed and for two for safety. Never felt unsafe in danger we walked and rode scooters all around the hotel area across the bridge all along the waterfront. The rooms were super clean super nice super comfortable had a nice view of other businesses and the gym. 110% every single time that I go back to Long Beach I will forever stay at this hotel I also talked a co-worker and his wife's day to stay here and my kids that were going to stay somewhere else also stayed here once again this is the model hotel of the Hyatt.If you ever need to do any kind of training for any other Hyatt or any hotel for this matter model yourself after the Hyatt Pike Long Beach. I tried to add photos of how beautiful this property in the scenery is but unfortunately won't let me I give this property a+

AMAZING

We loved our stay, the front desk staff was amazing. They even offered a service to hold our bags until the room was ready since we arrived early. They were incredibly nice and helpful. The room itself was clean, well designed and functional. The shower is AMAZING. Literally, no issues with this stay at all. Loved it.
