We had an amazing stay. Best service I’ve ever received anywhere. Great location. The roof top pool is beautiful. Our room was very spacious, cleaned twice a day with turndown service. We will definitely come back and stay here again next time we are in town.

Exceptional stay and one of our most memorable nights in a hotel. The staff were incredible, always going above and beyond. They certainly set a new standard for service. The rooms were so spacious and designed incredibly well. The small touches, from the welcome bowl of fruit delivered after we arrived to the baby toiletries that were brought to our room. Every moment of the experience was beyond our expectations. We can't wait to come back!

Serine Sanctuary with Beautiful Rooms.

This place had the most attentive service and the rooms were excellent. Serene and beautiful. Very comfortable, slept like a baby. Walking distance to all the key attractions in Beverly Hills, but if you don’t want to walk the hotel car will take you. I would skip the restaurant, but the hotel I would recommend.

Our stay at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills was truly unforgettable. As a young family traveling with a toddler, we felt completely at ease thanks to the hotel’s warm hospitality and thoughtful service. The staff were attentive to every detail—always checking in on our needs, anticipating little comforts, and making sure our child was as happy as we were. It felt like they genuinely cared, which made all the difference. The suites are spacious and beautifully designed, with plenty of room for a toddler to play and parents to relax. The walk-in closets, large bathrooms, and serene rooftop pool gave us a sense of both luxury and comfort. A special highlight of our trip was having Sasha, the hotel’s private driver, take us around Beverly Hills. He was professional, personable, and made exploring the city effortless. Being able to enjoy the sights stress-free while our toddler was comfortable and safe was such a positive part of the experience. L’Ermitage doesn’t just deliver on elegance—it creates a welcoming, family-friendly environment where every guest feels valued. We left feeling rested, cared for, and already looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing place to stay while in LA!!

Such an amazing hotel I love it. I always stay there when I’m in Los Angeles. The vibe is amazing. The service is impeccable and it feels like a small family environment.
