Saw some possible prostitution in your hotel - I saw a naked female, open the door and said oh I’m sorry I didn’t know that was you - I did not knock on the door. All I was doing was walking down the hallway. - I felt propositioned- open that bed was very comfortable. Shower was good. Slept really good. -

At arrival, there was no “welcome in” as his customary at most hotels. In addition, he was less than friendly. Electrical outlet near sink was not working. Maintenance came but didn’t fix. At check in my credit card was not returned to me however I didn’t notice it until sometime later. when I went to the front desk and asked for my card they said oh yeah here it is why on earth would they not have called either my room or my cell phone to notify me?

Loved the service, I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who checked us in and out because he was wonderful! Perfect location for cal poly visits! Cleanliness could use a lot of improvement! The room was not the cleanest unfortunately but the parking was plentiful and service was great

There was constant thumping noise(maybe from walking upstairs) and bathroom flushing, which woke me around 4am 1st night and around 3:30am 2nd night, which was there throughout the day on and off..

Rooms are pretty well kept, as is the lobby and the breakfast area. The breakfast was very good and servers are continuously restocking all that is needed. All the staff is helpful and friendly, The back area could use some work.

I generally really like Wyndham properties. Not so this time. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Getting to the room, however was another thing altogether. Due to the design of the property, one must go outside from the office lobby to get to the rooms. If it’s raining, “sucks to be you.” You and your things are getting wet. It takes your key card to get into the building housing the rooms. That’s a great safety feature and would be better if the check-in staff told you that. Speaking of the check-in staff, the woman we had check us in was not particularly friendly, accommodating, nor personable. She actually seemed somewhat irritated that we were there. Then there was breakfast. The highlight of breakfast was the potatoes - cooked with some appealing herbs. Scrambled eggs were no doubt powdered eggs as their consistency was abominable. The mini fridge held two containers of milk. That’s it. Nothing else. No yogurt. Nothing. Speaking of nothing, there was no fruit to be had. No fruit of any kind. This, by the way, was at 7:50 in the morning. There was no meat - no bacon, no sausage, nothing. The counters were filthy - spilled cereal, dried oatmeal. The last thing about breakfast may not be something the hotel can correct, or maybe it could. The guests at breakfast were incredibly rude, pushing and running in to each other. One woman coughed and spat into napkins for 5 or more minutes, placing those napkins on the tables.
