I had made reservations for a work group for five rooms. I had reserved four king rooms on one reservation, a double queen on the other. When we got in at 9 pm at end of a long day, the associate at the desk said there was only room on the reservation..when I tried to explain that we were on the hook to pat $800 for five rooms through Hotels.com , he didnt care

Room was quiet. Not as spacious as I’d like. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is okay. People load up though, so it’s hard to get what you want.

I had called the hotel and spoke with front desk before booking. The reason why I did this was because I had drivers in box truck and semi truck, so I need to confirm parking availability. I was told they had space and we could park on the street, I booked two rooms. When my drivers arrived they were told they could not park on the street and needed to move their vehicle. I ended up sending them to a hotel about 45 min away that allows oversize parking. I won’t be booking with this hotel because of their dishonesty.
