They were all out of blankets for the weekend. My bed sheets had hair that was not mines prior to me even sleeping on the bed. Restroom had no working vent so that the steam could be ventilating out. There was so much noise you could hear the family walking, showering and everything else from upstairs once I called to advise them they just stated that the noise was due to moving around furniture when it was clearly kids running around.

Everything was okay except for the lock of information about the breakfast hours. They gave wrong information about what time the breakfast was in the key folder. I got up early to get my breakfast before leaving and they said that they didn’t serve breakfast until 7:00 am.
