Staff very accommodating. The housekeeping was cleaning above me, very noisely, I alerted the front desk and it got better. All in one, my one stay was ok. Very close to the cruise terminal.

Parking is something you need to plan for, but this place has everything else you need. If you've forgotten something, there's a Vons 3 minutes of a walk up the block. The bed is so comfortable, and the room is eco friendly, which I prefer.
