I love the location of the hotel, HOWEVER I FELT LIED TO WHEN IT STATED THE PRICE YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU WILL PAY. SO I KNEW THAT THE ROOM FOR ONE NUGHT WOULD BE $255, I DIDN'T WANT TO PLAY THAT BUT WAS WILLING IT WAS AGAIN A NICE LOCATION. MEANWHILE, WHEN I CHECKED OUT OF THE HOTEL IT WAS ANOTHER $100 ( $60 TO PARK CAR OVERNIGHT AND THEN A COUNTY/CITY TAX OF $40) SO THAT STATEMENT OF "THE PRICE YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU PAY" IS A LIE. Hotel business is all about its hospitality, And I felt it while staying with E Central. My requests were heard and I was recognized by the management. While a comfortable and clean stay is important, which I believe these are the minimum standards for hotels, whether or not guests requests and complains are heard is more important to me. Not only E Central satisfied my requests, the management always asked if my concerns were taken care of. I felt I was acknowledged, and I felt I existed. Although my room card keys didn’t work a few times, it did not really affect me at all due to an excellent hospitality management I received from E Central.

My day was amazing. I was there for the BET awards weekend and fan fest experience. The location is right across the street from the crypto Arena, the Peacock theater and walking distance from multiple shops and restaurants. Very comfortable. Very convenient.

Omg where to begin. Adrian Larson was HORRIBLE!! Horrible customer service. This was all just from the check in experience. How can a “manager” not solve a problem? Shouldn’t you have problem solving skills and be able to offer “mutual beneficial solutions”? We arrived at the hotel and he told us our room was ready but that it would be over a live DJ until 11:00 PM. Unacceptable! We left and booked with the Moxy, much better hotel and we had a view from the 33RD floor which Adrian put us on the 3rd floor. Ha what a joke! The parking is $60 for valet, what a rip off. Self parking is not an option I would not recommend, save your money and spend it where it’s valued!

I stayed in three different hotels while I was in Los Angeles. This was the best hotel and it's affordable. They give you ropes and slippers the best customer service beautiful restaurant. But the staff was probably one of the best parts. The room was perfect. I thought so safe

Stay was great. Cleanliness was excellent. Staff were very accommodating with every interaction. I decided to stay an extra couple of days and they not only price matched the third party vendor I used but went BELOW that number which completely surprised me. Keep in mind, the third party price was already lower than what I was initially quoted at the desk.
