The room was clean but the mattress was shot. Time to replace it. The outside windows were in need of cleaning. Hall way carpets are worn out. The smell of weed in the lobby at check-in was overpowering. The staff and service interactions were exemplary from valet to checkin checkout. The location is extremely convenient for downtown but it’s time to invest in some upgrades or replacements. You’ve got excellent staff, why not give them something to work with.
