Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets on earth from your private patio and in your bedroom. Wake up to the sight of the sparkling ocean. During the day you can work from several workspaces, like desk in the guest bedroom or the bar the dining room table, the private balcony or the Restoration Hardware cloud couch. Take in the breezes from your private terrace, walk to the nearby beach, read a book in the hammock, or do some yoga on the provided yoga mat. At night, you can fire up the BBQ, snuggle around the fire pit, and fall asleep in a cocoon of luxury Italian linens while listening to the faint sounds of crashing waves and watching the Queen's Necklace twinkle in the distance. THE BEDROOMS:

The modern, beach chic design carries into both bedrooms, which are located on the bottom level.

Primary Bedroom — Huge California King bed, luxury Frette and Sferra linens, AC/Heater, closet space, drawers for clothes, and ensuite bathroom with waterfall shower. Enjoy the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Santa Monica, all the way down to Palos Verdes from bed! Enjoy the sunrise each morning or if you’d like to sleep in, simply pull down the blinds for maximum darkness.

Second Bedroom — Equipped with a plush full-size bed and luxury linens, along with a closet and a desk. It has a separate bathroom with shower.


BATHROOMS:

There are two full bathrooms downstairs: one master ensuite, and one guest bathroom. The master bathroom features a large walk-in shower with three shower heads and a stainless steel towel warmer. The guest bathroom is similarly equipped with a walk-in shower and a stainless steel towel warmer.


KITCHEN:

The modern kitchen boasts everything you need to channel your inner chef, including large stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and oven), and plenty of cooking tools and utensils. Feel free to use the:

Pots, pans, cooking gadgets
Dishes, glassware, flatware
Coffee maker
Kettle
Ice cream maker

You can enjoy your meals from the bar, or head over to the dining table to eat as a group.

We do our best to make your transition into the home as seamless as possible by providing toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and coffee and food provided in the pantry and refrigerator.


LIVING ROOM:

The bright and airy living room features Restoration Hardware-designed interiors and a luxurious Cloud sofa, incredible ocean views, and a 65-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, and more.

You'll also find books games, exercise equipment, candles, incense, and even some crystals in the living room. For those with pets, you can find furniture covers in the living room as well.


OUTSIDE SPACE:

It’s easy to enjoy the great outdoors without ever leaving the property. Step onto your private balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean and sip cocktails while watching for dolphins or catching a sunset.

You could also head out to the shared patio, located just left of the front door. This is a great spot to get some work done, enjoy a meal, or simply take in the breathtaking ocean views and spectacular scenery. There is also gas BBQ grill you're welcome to use.

Directly across from the front door is a our outdoor seating area that includes a fire pit, a patio heater, and a hammock. It is situated along a shared walkway, but the furniture belongs to us and is on our property.

Take a book outside and swing on the hammock during the day, and BBQ and make s'mores around the fire pit at night.


THE BUILDING:

The building was built in the 1970's, and is located just a few minutes walk from the beach.

The unit itself has everything you could possibly need. There were even fluffy bathrooms in the closet. Waking up with the view of the Pacific Ocean right outside your window cannot be beat.
