Luxury 3-Bedroom Casita at Terranea Resort

LUXURY RESORT STAY WITH KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM! Equipped with a kitchen, living room, and 5 beds, this Casita has everything. Guests will have access to all resort facilities including swimming pools (one with a water slide, another for 18+), complimentary golf cart shuttles from place to place, and 4 restaurants. Enjoy your stay with the pacific ocean always in view- golf, archery, and live music available! Daily housekeeping included.



The Space:

Kitchen: The kitchen has a four-burner Viking gas stove, full-size refrigerator, convection microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, and dishware.



Living Room: Spacious and inviting, featuring a fireplace, 60" flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating.



Dining Area: Includes a large dining table, perfect for meals and gatherings.



Bedrooms: 1. The master suite (king bed and private bathroom) 2. Second suite (two queen beds, private bathroom, private patio area) 3. A third suite with an independent front door, private bathroom, and private back patio area). All bedrooms equipped with 55" TV.



Queen-sized pull-out couch in the living room.



Laundry: Separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.



Outdoor Spaces: The master bedroom and living room open to a spacious back patio with partial ocean views. The second bedroom also offers a small private patio, also with partial ocean views. There is also a open grassy area in the back, NOT fenced in. The front outdoor foyer has a fireplace and seating area.



Unit Type: Ground floor unit.



Guest Access:

All guests have access to the entirety of Terranea resort and its amenities with the $90/night resort fee, which is included in the VRBO total.



A parking pass is $72/night, charged by the resort upon check-in for parking directly outside of the Casita unit. Valet parking is the same price, but is located at the front desk of the resort (3-5 minute walk from the Casita.)



Please Note: Spa Access is $95/day per person, and is a separate fee from the resort fee. This is optional for those who want to enjoy a day at the spa. Spa access includes the spa pool, spa lounges, and saunas. Please message for details.



ALL PETS SUBJECT TO TERRANEA PET FEE: Please ask about Terranea pet policy if interested in bringing pets!



Getting Around:

Everything is within walking distance, (maximum 10 minute walk). Complimentary golf cart shuttles throughout the resort if you prefer not to walk. Resort parking is $60/night, charged at the front desk upon check-in.

Please Note: By staying here you are also a Terranea guest. Guests must abide by all Terranea rules, including Terranea check-in procedures (check-in at front desk, paying resort fee, and putting card down for incidentals.) Please message me if you have any questions- I am happy to help!



Parking is $72/night per car, charged by the resort front desk upon check-in. The parking spot is directly outside Casita!



INCIDENTALS: Per Terranea: "Front Desk will place an authorization of $500 per night for incidentals; should a guest provide a debit card, this will incur a charge that will be released upon check-out. The guest will not be charged until check out and they can view their bill on the television or Terranea will provide a final folio upon check out."



PET FEE: $595 one-time fee per Terranea resort. ADA Service dogs are exempt.
