Tucked away on a quiet street in Malibu’s coveted Broad Beach neighborhood, the home is just 0.1 miles from the Lechuza Beach access point, making morning walks along the sand and spontaneous afternoons by the Pacific part of the experience. A private driveway and entrance away from the street add to the secluded residential feel.



A dedicated entertainment and fitness area adds another dimension to the stay, with workout equipment and a selection of recreational amenities for both adults and children. Available entertainment features may vary.



The spacious backyard is one of the highlights of the property, with a large grassy lawn, mature trees, and a dreamy swing suspended from a beautiful aged oak. Alfresco dining near the BBQ, comfortable outdoor seating, fire pits, and Edison string lights set the scene for sunny afternoons, relaxed dinners, and evenings beneath the Malibu sky.



Inside, the European-style kitchen features high-end Italian Bertazzoni appliances and comes fully equipped with dinnerware, flatware, drinkware, coffee systems, and kitchen essentials. An oval dining table seats six, with additional dining space outdoors.



The Midcentury Modern-inspired living room pairs a spacious sofa with a large Smart TV, while curated coastal artwork carries the beach-house aesthetic throughout the home.



The primary bedroom features a king bed with hotel-style linens, blackout shades, a Smart TV, and sliding glass doors opening directly onto the backyard patio. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower/tub and washer and dryer.



The second guest bedroom features a queen bed with hotel-style linens, blackout shades, and a Smart TV. The third guest bedroom features a king bed with hotel-style linens, blackout shades, and a Smart TV. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole home. No spaces are shared. Every square inch is yours to enjoy when you stay at the Malibu Beach House. Access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite).



The Neighborhood:

Quiet beach neighborhood away from PCH in one of Malibu's most popular beach communities. We value our neighbors therefore we only will host guests who will be respectful to our community. It's a privilege to be able to share the space in this format with travelers and we care deeply about out neighbors wellbeing. This means no loud noises after hours (9pm to 8am), or any inappropriate behavior. Any guests who disturb the peaceful enjoyment of our community will be asked to leave and a refund will not be given.



Getting Around:

Since this villa is managed by us, you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your car rental at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer.



Other Things to Note:

Please message our team and speak with the Home Manage before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies.



To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully.



1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.



2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.



3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW. We are in a high brush fire zone. In effort to prevent wildfires the state can turn utilities on and off intermittently. Stay Awhile will not offer any refunds in this case.



4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.



5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.



7) Day of Arrival:

Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.



8) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.



Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.



9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.



10) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests.



11) **All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available. Guests wishing to pay by bank wire must notify our team prior to booking so we can provide instructions and ensure the correct payment method is arranged.



12) To maintain the quality and condition of the home, guests are not permitted to move or rearrange any furniture without prior written approval. Moving furniture can cause damage to floors, walls, and the furnishings themselves.

Any unauthorized movement of furniture will result in an additional fee to cover inspection, repositioning, and any damages incurred.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space in excellent condition for all guests.



Cleanliness:

We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.



This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
