The property spans 50ft on the deepest section of beach on Malibu Rd and has landmark views of Flat Rock and unobstructed panoramic ocean views from Santa Monica Bay to Point Dume. The property features a dual gated entry and driveway with ample secure parking. Guests will enjoy a nicely flat landscaped courtyard that leads to the custom fossilized front door.

The main floor is expansive and features an open floor plan with formal dining area, living area with double-height ceiling and newly remodeled kitchen w/ a massive marble island, custom cabinetry and brand-new stainless-steel appliances by Viking and Wolf.
