From someone who knows and lived in Los Angeles… the outside is not much but my room was actually clean and nice ..: interesting fave hotel fee and expertise fee were very different so try to book direct cheaper

The safe didnt work in either room and My wife got bit on Her Stomach by something within an hour of being in the room. We left after getting back from our event at around 2AM. So.eone in the parking lot next door had Music Blaring like a concert and heavy window shaking bass till around 1 AM. I got the feeling this was better of the 3 options right here but, you dont want to stay here or anywhee around here.

Checking in, my Expedia reservation wasn't found, but after some phone calls I was given a room key. The room was much nicer than the lobby would make you think, and we really enjoyed it. They charged an extra $100 for a deposit and a $35 parking fee that was unexpected. Parking was a nightmare (super small alleyway with inches on either side) and I damaged my car, so honestly I wish i had booked somewhere else with the extra charges and damage. If start here again only if i didn't need a car.

On arrival they couldn’t find the reservation. Owner has difficulty in understanding English. Entrance to property not clean and unwelcoming. During the very early morning while asleep there was banging on the bedroom door then it was opened, apparently the owner went to the wrong room to do a wake up call.

The rooms are extremely small, not well maintained. The worst part, the place doesn't have parking space for big cars and you can't find parking nearby. The area is not safe either.
